One of the most important features of our test software is its great flexibility. The modules can be used either individually or together, similar to an “office package”. In other words: You create your own modular testing system, tailored exactly to meet your needs.

Checklists
This module does away with paper checklists
and records that must be filled in by hand.
With checklists, you record all measured values,
faults and notes both digitally and automatically.
All documents are updated centrally and are
made available in real time via the checklists.
Fault management
Classifying fault codes ensure a uniform
description of faults. No need for individual
documents and hand-written notes.
All data is saved in a data-base and is
exchanged with other systems.
Testing
Test sequences that show your current
process are compiled for the purpose of testing
subassemblies. Test sequences in our test
software operate digitally, are reproducible and
are fully documented. At the same time, the
IGH test software simulates the surrounding
system for uninstalled subassemblies.
Dashboard
You use dashboards to visualise relevant signals,
and you can immediately recognise correlations
between input and output signals.
Dashboards are variable and versatile in use
e.g. for iterative adjustment work, tests on
prototypes or special solutions in development.
Report
The IGH test software saves all results data
and faults in the digital product file.
Various report templates give you a complete
overview of your data, and you can compile any
statistics as desired. All information is
available to you in real time.
ERP communication
Our test software supports almost all
interfaces that are common on the market.
In addition to SAP and other ERP systems,
it is also possible to connect web services,
SQL databases or ODBC databases.
Many different file formats are also supported.
Interface library
The test software has an extensive interface
library with which various signals and bus
systems are connected. This allows almost any test job or test to be realised, and every subassembly to be individually controlled.
Rework
The “Rework” module enables you to manage
and edit rework jobs, assign priorities, plan
the completion deadline, define the location
of the machine and also allocate cost centres
and an employee.
Andon Board
Visualise important key figures in your production
or maintenance with the “Information system”
module – the Andon Board of IGH Automation.
Monitors in the assembly hall show your workers
such information as production progress, number
of pieces, fault status, backlogs or performance
indicators.
