With checklists, you record all measured values,
faults and notes both digitally and automatically.
All documents are updated centrally and are
made available in real time via the checklists.
Classifying fault codes ensure a uniform
description of faults. No need for individual
documents and hand-written notes.
All data is saved in a data-base and is
exchanged with other systems.
Test sequences that show your current
process are compiled for the purpose of testing
subassemblies. Test sequences in our test
software operate digitally, are reproducible and
are fully documented. At the same time, the
IGH test software simulates the surrounding
system for uninstalled subassemblies.
You use dashboards to visualise relevant signals,
and you can immediately recognise correlations
between input and output signals.
Dashboards are variable and versatile in use
e.g. for iterative adjustment work, tests on
prototypes or special solutions in development.
The IGH test software saves all results data
and faults in the digital product file.
Various report templates give you a complete
overview of your data, and you can compile any
statistics as desired. All information is
available to you in real time.
Our test software supports almost all
interfaces that are common on the market.
In addition to SAP and other ERP systems,
it is also possible to connect web services,
SQL databases or ODBC databases.
